Traning & Organization Development Officer

Job Decription:

• Responsible for coordinating and administering training programs and development activities.
• Manage training administration processes, from participant registration through payment completion.
• Conduct training evaluations and prepare post-training reports.
• Ensure all training procedures are implemented effectively and in accordance with company policies.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including training records and user data.
• Ensure job descriptions are reviewed and updated periodically to reflect organizational needs.
• Support the implementation of the Performance Management process.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to the direct supervisor for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
• Participate in the communication and implementation of company procedures, policies, and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable company requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organization Development functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical skills, proactiv, and self-motivated.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration and performance management processes is an advantage.
• Willing to be contracted under Outsourcing Company.
• Placement in Cileungsi plant, West Java.
