For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for Tool Designer Specialist for our Manisa facility.

Tanggung Jawab

• Manage injection mould projects within the tool shop
• Develop injection mould concepts and design solutions based on product requirements
• Conduct manufacturability and feasibility studies
• Create 3D mould designs using Creo
• Perform mould flow simulations and support mould optimization activities
• Coordinate tool manufacturing, validation, and commissioning processes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, production teams, and suppliers
• Drive continuous improvement of existing moulds

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in injection mould design
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection mould design principles
• Proficiency in Creo CAD software
• Experience with Moldex or similar simulation software is preferred
• Good understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing processes
• Good command of English
