• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation, technical design documents, system documentation, user manuals, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, System Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams to gather and document technical information.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and user-friendly documentation.
• Update documentation to reflect system enhancements, bug fixes, and software releases.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company standards, templates, and governance guidelines.
• Maintain centralized documentation repositories to support knowledge management initiatives.

Kualifikasi Minimum

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Software Documentation Specialist in the IT industry.
• Familiarity with Wiki.js.
• Familiar with documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, GitBook, or SharePoint.
• Experience using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other project management tools
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong technical writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Able to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
