Technical Support

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot errors in tooling, measuring equipment and machinery.
• Replace machinery parts.
• Conduct training, installation and commissioning of products sold.
• Provide technical support to the end users.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives with technical know-how.
• Support company activities such as exhibitions, seminars, etc.
• Other relevant duties assigned.
• Write service report after each activity.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience.
• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / or Equivalent.
• Familiarity with CNC/Manual Lathe, Milling, Drilling machine will be an advantage.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willing to travel abroad/out of town.
• Good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of a third language will be an advantage.
• Problem solving skills for technical and application issues.
• Perform periodic equipment maintenance to ensure the equipment remains in good working condition.
