Persyaratan
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai Sales Promotion/Cashier/Beauty Advisor di retail, dan disukai jika memiliki pengalaman sebagai leader min. 1 tahun
- Berpenampilan profesional
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan problem solving yang bagus
- Mampu menggunakan Ms. Office (Word, Excel)
- Pernah melakukan reporting dan fungsi administrasi lainnya
- Bersedia bekerja sistem shifting
- Bersedia ditempatkan di area Ketapang, Palangka Raya, Kuala Kapuas, Tarakan & Area Kalimantan Lainnya
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
- Membantu store manager memastikan kegiatan operational berjalan lancar, seperti kebersihan, ketersediaan produk, eksekusi visual dan promosi produk.
- Memantau dan memastikan seluruh tim di bawahnya bekerja sesuai prosedur
- Memberikan penjelasan mengenai produk dan hal seputar beauty kepada pembeli
- Mencapai sales target yang ditetapkan
- Mengurus hal-hal administrative dari store
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap proses inbound di store
- Mengerjakan hal-hal lainya yang diminta oleh atasan seputar store
