Tanggungjawab Kerja:
- Memastikan pencapaian seluruh KPI cabang dalam lingkup regional secara optimal
- Mengembangkan kualitas dan kuantitas portofolio sesuai target perusahaan
- Mengelola strategi, proses, dan operasional seluruh cabang di wilayah binaan
- Menjamin kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan di setiap cabang
- Mengembangkan kinerja tim melalui pelatihan, monitoring, dan pengelolaan konflik
- Menjaga kualitas portofolio dan hasil audit cabang sesuai standar manajemen
Requirements
- Pendidikan terakhir minimum Diploma
- Memiliki pengalaman min 2 tahun di Micro Finance sebagai Leader (Lembaga Keuangan Sistem Grameen diutamakan)
- Dapat menyusun strategi sales & marketing sebagai paduan tim untuk mencapai target
- Mempunyai motor dan SIM C aktif
- Bersedia ditempatkan di cabang Pekalongan

Coupled with our financial services and education, the business model allows poor families to receive working capital and build business based on transparency, accountability and participation. Started in 2010, now we have empowered 5.500+ low-income families in 60+ villages. We persistently expand our outreach in order to reach many low-income families earn more income and participate more fully in the formal economy.
