Ringkasan Peran:
As a Talent Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting strategic HR initiatives, including talent development, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement. You will work closely with the Talent Management team and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.
Tanggung Jawab Utama:
- Support the implementation of Talent Management and Organization Development initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating performance management, talent review, and succession planning activities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and HR analytics related to talent and organizational development.
- Support the administration of learning and leadership development programs.
- Coordinate training schedules, participant registration, and post-training documentation.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, workshops, and internal events.
- Maintain Talent Management documentation, databases, and digital records.
- Perform other HR projects and administrative support as assigned.
Kualifikasi:
- Final-year student or Fresh Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related disciplines.
- Passionate about Human Resources, Talent Management, and Organizational Development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
