Kualifikasi:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital strategy, preferably within beauty and/or fragrance categories.
• Proven track record of planning and executing KOL strategies that drive awareness, desirability, and conversion.
• Hands-on experience managing both always-on and campaign-based activations.
• Experience supervising or mentoring a small team of strategists

• Highly analytical and capable of processing and interpreting data.

• Strong awareness of social trends and content formats driving brand and product discovery across platforms.
• Strong familiarity with creator segments across the beauty and/or fragrance landscape.
• Skilled in influencer tiering, segmentation, and KPI setting.
• Proficient in using KOL management and analytics platforms for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
• Organized, analytical, and adaptable to fast-changing social media and beauty trends.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to multitask and perform under pressure while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with creators and talent agencies.
• Highly collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, and Product teams.
• Empathetic and structured leader who can guide and develop team members
