Responsibilities
Store Operation
- Cooperate with the partner store manager to complete all store operation and management work.
Sales Management
- Formulate store sales plans and strategies, and lead the partner team to achieve the sales targets assigned by the company.
Operation Coordination
- Maintain good communication and collaboration with the platform and headquarters, and support the implementation of the company's various strategies.
Merchandise and Display Management
- Monitor merchandise turnover, coordinate with partners for timely replenishment, and ensure that merchandise displays comply with the company's VM (Visual Merchandising) standards.
Customer Service
- Supervise and manage in-store customer service, handle customer complaints, and ensure customers receive satisfactory service experience.
Team Management
- Cooperate with partners to complete the recruitment and training of store employees, ensure sufficient staffing in the store, and maintain employees' work enthusiasm and service quality.
Partner Communication
- Maintain good communication and collaboration with partners to ensure the implementation of the company's various strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong willingness to engage in retail industry, excellent learning ability, and good teamwork spirit as well as a strong sense of ownership.
- Prior frontline retail experience is preferred; familiarity with Xiaomi New Retail model is a plus.
- Over 2 years of store management experience in mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry is highly desirable.
- College diploma or bachelor's degree or above.
