Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and email configurations.
• Experience in configuring and managing OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches on operating systems and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Support installation and maintenance of antivirus, backup, and security systems.
• Ensure data backups are performed regularly and data recovery mechanisms are tested.
• Provide technical support to users onsite and remotely.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets, licenses, and warranties.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement or repairs.
• Document IT processes, configurations, and issue resolutions for reference.
• Monitor internet usage and enforce security and usage policies.

Keterampilan & Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience with routers, firewalls, switches, and wireless networks.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and remote desktop tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
