INCCN Trading Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Staff Accounting professional to join our finance team in Pinang, Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and reporting accuracy of our organisation. As a Staff Accounting professional, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards. This role is essential to our finance department's ability to deliver timely and accurate financial information to management and stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

• Recording and processing daily financial transactions in the accounting system
• Reconciling bank statements, general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers to ensure accuracy
• Preparing journal entries and supporting documentation for various accounting transactions
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Maintaining accurate and organised financial records and documentation
• Performing account reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
• Supporting the audit process by preparing required documentation and schedules
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures and relevant regulations

Yang Kami Cari

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Proven experience working as a staff accountant or in a similar accounting role, preferably 1-3 years
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting practices is advantageous
• Professional certification such as CPAs or equivalent is preferred but not essential
