We are looking for an experienced Specialist, IBC PMO to join our IBC Business team. In this role, you will support the Vice President of IBC Business by driving project management, business performance monitoring, strategic analysis, and reporting across the IBC (In-Building Coverage) business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, data accuracy, and continuous business growth while providing strategic insights to support decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

• Act as the PMO and primary business support to the Vice President, IBC Business.
• Prepare, monitor, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly management reports and business dashboards.
• Track end-to-end project progress across Sales, Property Management, and IBC Operations & Delivery teams.
• Analyze business performance and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain financial models and support long-term business planning for the IBC Business.
• Manage and maintain IBC databases, including Master Lease Agreements (MLA), Ground Lease Agreements (GLA), and Tenant Lease Agreements (TLA).
• Lead and support strategic initiatives, including Unauthorized Equipment Add Rent projects, ISAAC system implementation, and DAS Mini Audit projects.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, optimize site profitability, reduce churn, and improve portfolio performance.
• Analyze Incremental Yield and antenna pricing to ensure compliance with the Company's pricing strategy.
• Monitor low-margin sites and recommend improvement strategies to increase profitability.
• Support annual budgeting (ABP), forecasting, and business planning activities.
• Coordinate lease renewal strategies and monitor expiring lease agreements.
• Analyze competitor activities and identify strategic opportunities to secure existing sites.
• Prepare strategic presentations and executive-level reports to support business decisions.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in a PMO role within the telecommunications industry, preferably with exposure to IBC (In-Building Coverage) business.
• Proven experience in project management, business performance analysis, and executive reporting.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, lease management, and IBC business processes.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business planning is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
