Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other relevant social media platforms.
• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Produce creative captions, stories, reels, and short-form videos showcasing villa experiences.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• You don't need to come to the office every day

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Digital Marketing Executive.
• Experience in hospitality, villa management, hotels or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and social media algorithms.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content editing tools.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and branding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Owns a laptop and smartphone suitable for content creation and editing.
• Willing to visit villa properties for content production as needed.
