Shipment Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery scheduling
- Monitoring shipments and resolve any delivery or customs issues
- Work closely with sales and warehouse teams
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers and carriers to optimize cost and service performance
- Support continuous improvements in logistics efficiency and customer service
- Optimize transport planning in the most efficient way
Qualification
- Diploma/bachelor degree in Supply chain, logistics, business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain as a leader team
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Have communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excell, Google Spreadsheet
