Tanggung Jawab

• Lead the technical team (ABAP/Fiori/BTP/RAP) in developing and customizing SAP solutions.
• Oversee development, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practices.
• Review functional specifications and provide accurate technical effort estimations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and mentor developers on modern SAP technologies (SAP BTP, RAP, CDS).
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems (middleware, APIs).

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP Technical Consultant with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Bachelor's degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Proficient in English is a must (verbal and written)
• Strong proficiency in ABAP (OO, BAdI, User Exits) and modern SAP development (RAP, OData, Fiori).
• Experience in S/4HANA environments and Cloud integration.
• At least 2 full-cycle implementation projects in a technical leadership capacity.
• Expertise in debugging, performance tuning, and technical architecture design.
