SALES PROJECT LEAD

We are looking for motivated individual with passion on design architecture and building material to join our team as a Business Development

Responsibilities :

• Giving product knowledge, maintain and build up relationship with all stakeholders including customers, architects, designers, interior designers and project developer.
• Reaching monthly, yearly sales target.
• Increasing prospective customer database.
• Coordinating with project team on customer request & project timeline.
• Conduct canvassing for new customers and re-canvassing for existing customers.

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree (S1) majoring Architecture / Civil / Design interior / Technic will be plus point.
• Minimal 3 years experiences in the same position & same industry (building material).
• Have good knowledge in building materials & construction.
• Target oriented, ambitious, high integrity and have creative thinking in prospecting potential customers.
• Cooperative and able to work in a team as well as independently.
• Able to operate Google Workspace & Microsoft Office.
• Have a driving license (SIM A / SIM C) and vehicle.
• Able to handle project across Indonesia.
