Sales Executive Horeca (Bali)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage HORECA customers, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, catering, and cloud kitchens.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective account management and territory planning.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and business reviews.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HORECA, Food Service, FMCG, or Food & Beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the HORECA market and food service business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented with strong business acumen.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to travel frequently for customer visits.
  • Possesses a valid SIM A/C.
