Tentang Peran:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Assurance Executive to ensure the accuracy of OTA settlements, payment reconciliations, revenue reporting and operational controls. The role works closely with Finance, Product, Operations and Customer Success teams to investigate discrepancies, resolve settlement issues and continuously improve finance processes for the group.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of OTA transactions, payment gateway settlements and bank receipts across multiple countries in the region.
• Review hotel collections, OTA settlements and merchant transactions to ensure revenue completeness and accuracy.
• Investigate reconciliation differences and work with regional stakeholders to resolve outstanding items.
• Monitor ageing items, pending settlements and unreconciled balances across regional entities.
• Track refunds, chargebacks, OTA adjustments and manual corrections.
• Review payment gateway fees and identify anomalies or revenue leakage opportunities.
• Support month-end close by preparing reconciliation schedules and regional revenue assurance reports.
• Provide audit support and maintain complete supporting documentation.
• Strengthen regional revenue assurance controls and recommend automation and process improvements.
• Prepare KPI dashboards and reports for reconciliation status, ageing and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Operations, Customer Success and external partners across the region

Persyaratan:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 1–4 years' experience in Finance Operations, Revenue Assurance, AR or Reconciliations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Kualifikasi yang Disukai:

• Experience in hospitality, SaaS or payment operations.
• Knowledge of Stripe, Adyen, Juspay or similar payment platforms is an advantage
• Experience with Xero or similar ERP systems.
