• Coordinate store stock replenishment with the Inventory team.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and discount programs.
• Oversee retail and consignment store operations in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor the achievement of sales targets and KPIs, and devise improvement plans.
• Lead the execution of sales events, from initial briefings to post-event evaluations.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports and strategic recommendations.
• Supervise store maintenance and facilities to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop training and coaching programs for the store team.
• Handle operational issues, policy violations, and potential fraud.
• Ensure visual merchandising and customer service standards are consistently applied.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations and performance.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Regional Manager, Area Supervisor, or in a similar role within the retail industry.
• Proven experience in managing multiple store locations and achieving sales targets.
• Experience in the fashion, footwear, or lifestyle industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various store locations.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer oriented with a passion for growing the retail business.
