Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Handle bookings via WhatsApp, phone, email, and online platforms
• Coordinate daily schedules for drivers, vehicles, and tour itineraries
• Provide tour information, pricing, and recommendations to guests
• Assist guests with airport transfers, day tours, and customized trips
• Ensure smooth communication between guests, drivers, and operations team
• Monitor vehicle availability and trip schedules
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Maintain accurate booking records and prepare simple reports
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction

Persyaratan

• Experience in tour & transport / travel / hospitality is preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• English proficiency (spoken & written)
• Familiar with Bali destinations and tour routes (preferred)
• Well-organized, proactive, and responsible
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays
