Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and manage existing accounts.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive sales activities.
• Plan and execute customer visits with a strategic approach.
• Maintain accurate and timely sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Technical, Warehouse, and Finance teams to deliver the best customer experience.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, Account Management, or Relationship Management (medical device industry is preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experienced in using CRM or sales management systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to be based in Pekanbaru, West Sumatra, East Java, or Bali.
