Job Descriptions
- Daily monitoring, managing, and supporting the Quality Assurance team.
- Supporting factories with inputs for quality results, productivity, and vendor development
- Technical execution of styles from the proto sample until shipment
- Advising on production, effective sewing construction solutions for the product, and quality
- Working in cooperation with the Production Manager and Line Leader for the right and on-time delivery of orders.
- Analyzing style issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position in the Buying Agent or Garment Industry;
- Know about the development–production process;
- Having experience handling knitting and woven products is a must.
- Having experience handling technical execution, patterns, sewing construction, and washing would be an advantage;
- Have good leadership & communication skills;
- Detail-oriented and analytical thinking;
- Able to work independently & under pressure;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Good computer skills (MS Office & Internet);
