Our client is one of the prominent healthcare organizations in Asia, this leading provider of medical services is widely recognized for its patient-centric approach and commitment to quality care. With a strong presence across multiple countries, their modern infrastructure and experienced professionals enable the delivery of accessible and affordable healthcare to diverse communities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement process for medical and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers on pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure product availability and complete purchasing documentation.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery in accordance with company standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and evaluate supplier performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy (Licensed Pharmacist is a plus).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of medical products, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang.
