Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Purchasing Staff, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Able to read and understand technical drawings.
- Experience in sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, and procurement processes.
- Familiar with SAP RISE/FIORI or other SAP procurement modules.
- Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work in Karawang.
