What we are looking for:
A motivated, enthusiastic individual eager to embrace new challenges. You'll take on a variety of project management tasks to support our global clients.

What we expect from you:

• Highly fluent in English, both oral and in technical writing.
• Experience in architecture, accounting, or construction industry is an asset.
• Comfortable with high-volume, fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Able to work outside regular day and hours, including online meetings as required by our client.

What you are going to do:

• Write, draft, or review engineering fee proposal and other technical / project related documents.
• Perform a range of contract and project administration duties, such as project files management, compliance review, drafting change order, drafting project invoices and other ad-hoc duties
• Liaise and correspond with our global partner and clients
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
