Property Management Specialist (Procurement)
Providing support for building operations related to purchasing of goods, building operational equipment licensing, administrative, and support for operational activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but candidates with min. 1 year of experience in procurement field are preferred (experience in property industry is a plus)
- Good knowledge of vendor purchasing practices
- Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills
- Understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is a plus
- Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera
