📍Location: Central Jakarta
We're looking for a proactive Project Specialist who enjoys managing projects, coordinating with clients, and supporting business operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and execute project activities to ensure smooth implementation.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams throughout project execution.
• Support business development and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Handle recruitment activities based on project requirements, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure project timelines are achieved.
• Support field operations and other project-related activities when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Project Management, Business Development, Recruitment, HR Consulting, or related fields.
• Experience handling projects and coordinating with clients or external stakeholders.
• Familiar with recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interview coordination) is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional English is preferred.
• Willing to travel for business trips if required.
