PROJECT MANAGER (FACTORY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT)

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (minimum).
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in industrial / factory projects.
• Proven experience as Project Manager in factory construction.
• Strong knowledge of:

- Construction management

- Steel & concrete structures

- Factory infrastructure (drainage, roads, machine foundations)

• Experience coordinating MEP works (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection).
• Strong leadership, planning, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of HSE practices and regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage all aspects of the factory construction project.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with QA/QC requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes effectively.
• Prepare and present project reports to management.
• Ensure implementation of HSE standards throughout the project.
