• Pendidikan Minimal SMK Teknik TKR/Alat Berat, dan Pendidikan Maksimal S1 Teknik Mesin
• Memahami Basic Mesin : Truck dan Alat Berat
• Pengalaman Sebagai Project Manager minimal 3 Tahun
• Memahami Prosedur Service Truck dan Alat Berat
• Memahami Overhoul (Menangani kerusakan Truck dan Alat Berat)
• Mampu Menkordinir tugas Mekanik dan Supervisor di lapangan
• Memahami Jenis Spareparts Unit Truck dan Alat Berat
• Mampu membuat laporan pemakaian unit di lapangan dan melaporkan kepada Manajemen progress pekerjaan perbaikan unit truck dan alat berat
• Memahami dan memiliki pengetahuan perencanaan, stok penggunaan spareprats
• Mampu menggunakan Komputer Aplikasi Word, Excell dan Power Point
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, disiplin, loyal pada atasan
• Tidak memakai Narkoba
• Bersedia di tempatkan di lokasi proyek
