Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Take full responsibility for assigned projects: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and handover
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to specification
• Control project costs; review budgets, progress claims, variation orders, and subcontractor payments
• Enforce quality standards and workmanship for both structural and interior finishing work
• Monitor site safety, discipline, and compliance with regulations
• Report project progress, risks, and cost status to management on a regular basis
• Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, and designers on technical and commercial matters

Persyaratan

• Proven experience managing construction or interior fit-out projects
• Candidates who have independently contracted and delivered their own projects will be given priority
• Strong knowledge of project management: scheduling, cost control, resource planning, subcontractor management
• Solid understanding of interior finishing trades and workmanship standards (ceiling, partition, flooring, carpentry, painting, MEP coordination)
• Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Mandarin ability is an advantage
• Willing to be based at / travel to project sites
