Urgently Needed: Production Coordinator
We are seeking a Production Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating production administration, monitoring inventory movements, supporting quality control processes, and ensuring accurate production documentation. This role works closely with production, warehouse, procurement, and project teams to ensure efficient daily operations and consistent product quality.

Main Responsibilities

1. Production Administration

• Prepare and maintain daily production schedules and records.
• Monitor production progress and update production reports.
• Record raw material usage and finished goods production.
• Ensure all production documents are complete, accurate, and properly archived.
• Coordinate production documentation with Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance departments.

2. Inventory & Material Coordination

• Monitor the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and production supplies.
• Coordinate material requests from the warehouse for daily production.
• Record material issuance and usage during production.
• Assist in stock reconciliation between production and warehouse.
• Report material shortages or discrepancies to the Production Manager.

3. Quality Control

• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
• Ensure production processes comply with company quality standards and SOPs.
• Record quality inspection results and maintain QC documentation.
• Report product defects, non-conformities, and quality issues.
• Coordinate corrective actions with the production team to improve product quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for quality and production efficiency.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Maintain production, inventory, and quality control records.
• Update ERP or inventory management systems with production data.
• Generate production performance and inventory usage reports.
• Support management by providing accurate operational data and analysis.

5. Production Coordination

• Coordinate daily production activities with production operators and warehouse staff.
• Ensure production targets are achieved according to schedule.
• Communicate production status, delays, and material requirements to relevant departments.
• Support planning for production capacity and workflow improvements.

6. Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure production activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Assist in implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Support internal audits related to production and quality systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of company production data and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology, Chemistry, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in production administration, production coordination, manufacturing operations, or quality control.
• Experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using ERP or production management systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
