About the role
As a Procurement Senior Associate at PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP Fashion1), you will be responsible for supporting the company's procurement operations. This is a full-time position based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, where you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the company's purchasing and inventory processes.

What you'll be doing

• Sourcing and evaluating suppliers to meet the company's procurement needs (Printing, Packaging, Marketing needs)
• Negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships
• Monitoring and optimising inventory levels to minimise costs and ensure product availability
• Analysing procurement data and providing recommendations to improve processes and procedures
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Providing training and support to junior members of the procurement team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a procurement role, preferably in the retail or marketing industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and across departments
• Familiarity with procurement-related software and technology
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
