Tentang Peran:
PT. Tembesi Development Partners is seeking a talented and experienced Procurement & Contracts Executive to join our team in Batam, Riau Islands. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our manufacturing. As a Procurement & Contracts Executive, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, negotiating supplier contracts, and ensuring optimal value delivery for the organisation. This role requires an individual who can operate strategically whilst managing day-to-day procurement activities, and represents a key position within our supply chain management function.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers and vendors that meet our quality, cost and delivery requirements
• Develop and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favourable contract conditions
• Draft, review and execute procurement contracts and purchase agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
• Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition through to receipt and invoice processing
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure efficient supply chain operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders across the organisation
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements within the procurement function
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, regulations and industry standards
• Prepare procurement reports, analyses and recommendations for management review
• Liaise with operations, finance and other departments to understand procurement needs and priorities

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of procurement and/or contracts management experience within manufacturing, transportation or logistics sectors
• Proven track record of successfully managing supplier negotiations and contract administration
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain principles and inventory management
• Proficiency in using procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia is advantageous
• Experience with cost analysis, vendor performance management and process optimisation is preferred
