Requirements :

• Master's degree in Education (M.Pd)
• Experience in secondary education and school leadership is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of how to manage student discipline and wellbeing, parent communication, teacher supervision, and conflict resolution professionally.
• Strong alignment with school values, including integrity, responsibility, empathy, professionalism, and student-centered leadership.
• Committed, able to work with teams of leaders and teachers.
• Fluent (speaking & writing) in English
• Resides in Tangerang Area

Tanggung Jawab :

• Supervise Secondary teachers and monitor classroom learning, teaching quality, and student behaviour.
• Lead daily academic coordination within the Secondary unit.
• Handle parent communication, student-related concerns, and escalated academic or behavioural cases.
• Provide instructional guidance and support teachers in addressing students' academic and developmental needs.
• Conduct teacher observations, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback for professional growth.
• Implement school policies, academic programs, and student support systems within the Secondary unit.
• Collaborate with teachers, School Psychologist, Operations Team, Finance Team, and school leadership to support unit and whole-school programs.
• Prepare academic plans, operational reports, teacher evaluation documentation, and student-related records.
