Peran Mengajar

• Conduct lessons according to the curriculum
• Monitor and document children’s learning and development
• Carry out routine care duties for the infant / young children
• Participate and/or organize center events
• Responsible for safety and hygiene of the children and centre

Peran Kepemimpinan

• Mentoring and coaching of teaching staff
• Maintain good communication and rapport with parents
• Manage the daily operations of the center
