Policy Officer

Job Descriptions:

• Support the development and review of credit policies in accordance with the Bank’s regulations and business objectives.
• Coordinate with supporting divisions to evaluate and implement credit policies effectively.
• Monitor, evaluate, and conduct periodic sampling of credit policy implementation to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Prepare risk management reports and provide recommendations for policy improvements.
• Review and update credit policies based on regulatory changes, market conditions, and the Bank’s risk appetite.
• Follow up on internal and external audit findings to ensure timely resolution and compliance.
• Prepare regular reports and perform administrative tasks related to credit policy management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and evaluating credit policies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency is preferred).
• Strong analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
