As Personal Assistant to GM (Mandarin Speaker)

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor Degree / S1 - Mandarin Language / Min 3-5 years experiences
• Fluent in both Chinese and Indonesian (mandatory) / HSK Certified (5-9); English is advantage.
• Proactive, hardworking, highly responsible, and execution-oriented
• Comfortable working in a startup environment
• Familiar with business operations in Indonesia and has a basic understanding of the financial markets

Tanggung Jawab

• Business interpretation and translation (Chinese ↔ Indonesian)
• Daily executive assistant support
• Assist with the setup and day-to-day operations of the Indonesia branch
• Coordinate and liaise with local employees and external stakeholder
• This role is ideal for professionals who are looking to build an overseas career, develop expertise in the financial industry, and are willing to work hard and grow with a startup.
• Assistance with local administrative procedures, company recruitment, office leasing, visa applications, and other operational matters

Paket Gaji

• Base Salary: IDR 10-15 /month (salary review and increment based on performance)
