Safety, Health and Environment

• Ensure that Sherwin-Williams operations are conducted with proper regard for the safety and health of employees, customers, community and the environment whilst observing at all times the standards, laws and ethics pertaining to all operations.

Business plan against budget, Sales Forecast, and AR Collections

• Deliver sales budget volume, gross sales, and gross margin,
• Develop customer communication to understand demand trend for future supply requirements,
• Support product development for future business opportunity and market movement,
• improving Sherwin-Williams competitive advantage
• High accuracy on demand forecast
• Ensure collection and minimize DSO

Stock Management

• Maintain sufficient stocks in Indonesia against customer demand forecast
• Work together with customers to provide accurate demand forecasts.
• Help customers to manage stocks and order forecasting system.

Sales Office Management

• Build and support the Packaging team in Indonesia
• Create effective teamwork
• Addressing daily work issues and improvement

FORMAL EDUCATION:

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology & Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical / industrial / packaging / coating markets
• Experience within metal coatings product related industries (3 years)
• Background in technical support / service (5 years)
• A detailed understanding of the technical aspects of Sherwin-Williams’s packaging products
• In depth knowledge of lines auditing and product application
