• Mengedukasi merchant mengenai jam operasional, campaign, promo, dan fitur iklan (Ads) untuk membantu meningkatkan penjualan.
• Menjalin hubungan baik dengan merchant dan memberikan pendampingan selama masa awal bergabung.
• Mendorong merchant untuk meningkatkan performa melalui pemanfaatan campaign dan fitur promosi.
• Mencapai target akuisisi merchant sesuai KPI yang ditetapkan.
• Membuat laporan aktivitas dan perkembangan merchant secara berkala.
