- Menjalankan proses onboarding merchant serta memastikan proses registrasi berjalan dengan lancar.
- Memberikan edukasi kepada merchant mengenai penggunaan aplikasi Merchant, termasuk fitur-fitur yang tersedia.
- Mengedukasi merchant mengenai jam operasional, campaign, promo, dan fitur iklan (Ads) untuk membantu meningkatkan penjualan.
- Menjalin hubungan baik dengan merchant dan memberikan pendampingan selama masa awal bergabung.
- Mendorong merchant untuk meningkatkan performa melalui pemanfaatan campaign dan fitur promosi.
- Mencapai target akuisisi merchant sesuai KPI yang ditetapkan.
- Membuat laporan aktivitas dan perkembangan merchant secara berkala.
