- Terlibat aktif dalam setiap aktivitas mechanical, electrical, dan control system di STIE Ciputra Makassar, terlibat aktif dalam monitoring (pengawasan) dan controlling (pengendalian) aktivitas perawatan/ pemeliharaan (maintenance), perbaikan (repair), proyek, dan aktivitas operasional lainnya.
Kualifikasi
- usia min 25 tahun
- Sarjana Elektro
- Pengalaman minimum 3 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman bidang mechanical dan electrical gedung (lift, AC, genset, hydrant, penangkal petir, kelistrikan)
- Memiliki pengetahuan dasar di bidang plumbing gedung (pengolahan air bersih dan air kotor)
- Memiliki pengetahuan dasar di bidang sound system gedung
- Mengetahui tentang project management (vendor, menyusun timeline, menyusun RAB)
- Mengetahui tentang quality control dalam project management
- Memiliki kemauan besar untuk belajar
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi sederhana dengan lancar
- Aktif dan inisiatif
