Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develops strategy of material procurement including sourcing and fostering suppliers.
- Manages procurement process activities (vendor invitation, bidding, negotiation, contract preparation, contract making and follow up of the contracts).
- Manages the evaluation and analysis of user's material order.
- Finds new competitive (potential) suppliers in local and overseas and evaluates the suppliers.
- Manages administration process of material procurement and operate procurement system [E-Proc]
- Monitors the delivery of material to make sure it is arrived on schedule.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Material & Facility Procurement will be an advantage but in general procurement is acceptable.
- Experience in procurement within the manufacturing or steel industry is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills
