Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Prepare and compile tender, bidding, and pre-qualification documents in accordance with buyer’s requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical, commercial, legal, and administrative documents required for tender submissions.
• Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within the specified deadlines.
• Maintain and update the company's tender document database, including legal licenses, certifications, and company profiles.
• Assist the marketing team in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and other commercial documentation.
• Monitor tender schedules and maintain communication with clients regarding tender administration.

Persyaratan:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, tender administration, or marketing support role.
• Experience preparing tender documents for government or private sector projects is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent document management skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tender submissions simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
