  • Engage with the community by responding promptly and professionally to direct messages, comments, and online reviews.

2. Marketing Strategies & Campaign Execution

  • Design promotional programs, such as holiday discounts, menu bundles, or happy hour specials, to boost daily sales.
  • Manage influencer marketing by identifying, pitching to, and coordinating collaborations with local food bloggers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Run targeted digital ads using Meta Ads Manager (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok Ads to reach local audiences and food enthusiasts.
  • Coordinate offline marketing materials, working with graphic designers or printers to create physical menus, banners, flyers, and table tents.

3. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, website clicks, and campaign ROI.
  • Analyze viral food trends and competitor strategies to keep the restaurant's marketing fresh and relevant.
  • Prepare monthly reports for management, highlighting successful campaigns and outlining data-driven suggestions for future growth.
