About Management Trainee
The MSI – Management Trainee (MT) Sales Role Program is a 24 – month accelerated leadership development program designed for young talents who aspire to become Future Sales Leaders and drive sustainable business growth.
At PT Motor Sights International (MSI), you will gain hands – on experience in Sales, customer relationship, business development, territory management and commercial strategy while strengthening your leadership capabilities through real business project, KPI ownership, coaching and field assignments.

Requirement

Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
1. Fresh graduate or with a maximum of 2 years work experience
2. Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably majoring in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering.
3. Minumum GPA/IPK 3.00
4. Willing to be assigned to any MSI operational site.
5. Strong communication, problem – solving, interpersonal skills
6. High integrity, strong ownership, and a willingness to learn
7. Adaptable, resilient and ready to work in a site – based environment
8. Can represent MSI professionally at Customer Site
9. Valid driver’s license (SIM A)
10. Able to speak and write in English
Placement: Kalimantan Area, Sulawesi Area, Maluku Area & Sumatera Area
