Qualifications
- S1 / Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or other related major
- Proven track record in maintenance, including on supervisory roles.
- Understand Pharmaceutical Machinery
- Significant experience in managing planned & unplanned maintenance activities, including spare parts inventory control
- Understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical technical aspects
- Strong Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving skills
- Willing to work in Saturday (half day) and overtime
- Excellent Leadership
Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct, and oversee maintenance of factory production machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain production (tablet press, fluid bed dryer, high shear mixer, packaging, etc) and utilities machineries (Boiler, Compressor, Water System, AHU, etc)
- Responsible for monitoring, oversee & ensure manufacturing utility & facilities management are operated effectively, efficient & compliance with regulation
- Giving frequent training to Operators regarding machineries knowledge
- Making sure jobs meet building regulations and health and safety requirements.
- Planning and conducting preventive maintenance on machineries
