Tanggung Jawab:
- Plan, monitor, and optimize inbound and outbound logistics processes to ensure on-time material delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, PPIC, Purchasing, Warehouse, and suppliers to maintain smooth material flow.
- Control inventory levels and ensure inventory accuracy through regular monitoring and stock audits.
- Analyze logistics performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support Just-in-Time (JIT), FIFO, Kanban, and Lean Manufacturing implementation.
- Monitor warehouse operations, material handling, storage utilization, and transportation activities.
- Prepare logistics reports and analyze KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, logistics costs, and inventory turnover.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) to manage logistics transactions and inventory data.
- Develop and maintain logistics SOPs and work instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and IATF 16949 requirements.
