About the role
As a KOL Partnership Associate focused on the South-Asian market, you will play a pivotal role in driving user growth and transaction activity by leveraging partnerships with trading mentors and KOLs. This position combines strategic partnership management, market expansion, and data-driven execution to strengthen our presence in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality mentor/KOL resource pool, executing promotional campaigns, and aligning internal resources to maximize user acquisition and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partnership Development: Expand and maintain strong relationships with trading mentors, KOLs, and influencers in Southeast Asia. Build a sustainable collaboration pool, negotiate agreements, and ensure long-term stable partnerships.
• Market Growth: Collaborate with mentors/KOLs to execute promotional campaigns, research local market needs and competitor strategies, and coordinate internal resources to drive user acquisition, trading conversion, and overall market activity.
• Campaign Execution: Support and co-manage marketing initiatives with partners to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize partnership outcomes.

Requirements

• Core Requirement: Must have established connections with trading mentors/KOLs.
• Industry Experience: 1–3 years of sales or business development experience in the Web3/crypto industry, with solid knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
• Negotiation & Integration: Strong negotiation, resource integration, and analytical skills; proven ability to independently deliver successful partnerships.
• Performance Under Pressure: High resilience, strong execution, and collaborative team spirit.
• Track Record: Prior success in partnership development or user growth initiatives is highly preferred.
