Junior Industrial Engineer / Sales Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Industrial Engineer / Sales Engineer to join our team. This role combines technical knowledge with customer engagement, where you will help identify client requirements, recommend suitable engineering solutions, and support projects from proposal to implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ technical requirements and project needs.
• Recommend suitable products and engineering solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, product specifications, quotations, RAB, and BOQ.
• Support the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical support before, during, and after project completion.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Prepare project documentation and reports as required.
• Stay updated on product knowledge through continuous learning and training, including overseas training opportunities.
• Travel to customer sites when required for meetings, site visits, or project support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Familiar with Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, and Calendar).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks is an advantage.
• Willing to prepare RAB (Budget Plan) and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
• Willing to travel for work assignments and customer visits.
• Willing to attend overseas training to gain in-depth product knowledge.
• Possess a valid travel document or be willing to obtain one for international business travel.
