Job Description

• Conduct independent site measurement and survey; record accurate as-built dimensions
• Produce complete working drawings: floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings
• Prepare 3D renderings and design concepts for client presentation (if applicable)
• Calculate quantities (BQ / take-off) based on drawings and site conditions
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for clients
• Coordinate with the project team during construction to resolve design and detailing issues
• Revise drawings and quotations based on client feedback and site changes

Requirements

• Able to independently measure a site, complete the drawings, calculate quantities, and produce a quotation — this is the core requirement of the role
• Proficient in AutoCAD; SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape/V-Ray, or Photoshop is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and finishing details
• Accurate in quantity take-off and cost estimation
• Minimum [1–3] years of experience in interior design, drafting, or estimating
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects
• Mandarin ability is an advantage
