• Translate business needs into HR strategies that align with organizational goals and support each unit’s success.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying talent needs to onboarding candidates who fit both our culture and competencies.
• Oversee talent management initiatives, including identifying high-potential employees, succession planning, and developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Support Learning & Development programs by assessing training needs, preparing training plans, and evaluating program effectiveness.
• Facilitate performance management, guiding leaders and employees to apply evaluation processes consistently and effectively.
• Maintain strong communication with leaders and employees, fostering engagement and positioning HR as a trusted strategic partner in decision-making.

Kualifikasi Minimum

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in Human Capital functions such as recruitment, training, or facilitation.
• Strong communication skills, including interviewing and negotiation techniques.
• Ability to assess candidate fit based on organizational needs.
• Familiarity with technology and recruitment tools.
• Effective time management to meet talent acquisition deadlines.
• Creativity and innovation in designing and executing the hiring process.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build strong professional relationships.
